1. You must be 18 or older

wubby.love is an adult (18+) community. You confirm you are at least 18 years old. Any content or behaviour implying or involving minors is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the authorities.

2. What wubby.love is

A dating and community platform for consenting adults in the ABDL and ageplay community. All roleplay identities (little, caregiver, switch, middle, playmate) refer to adults engaging in consensual adult roleplay.

3. Your account & the entry fee

• Access requires a single one-time payment. There are no subscriptions and no features locked behind further payment.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
• One account per person. Impersonation and fake profiles are prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

• Treat others with respect. Consent is required for everything.
• No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or sharing others’ private content.
• No explicit content in public areas. Explicit media belongs only in private, access-gated albums.
• No commercial solicitation, scams, or spam.

5. Content & moderation

You own your content but grant us a licence to host and display it. All uploads are scanned. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or our Community Guidelines.

6. Refunds

Founding-member refund policy to be finalised (e.g. a money-back window after joining). Placeholder pending legal review.

7. Liability & changes

The service is provided “as is”. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Governing law and dispute resolution to be finalised with legal counsel.
